Radiology and Medical Image interpretation have evolved from being based on the film to digital media over the last several decades. While the medium has changed, the interpretation is largely visual pattern-recognition-based diagnostic tasks. The unprecedented progress in artificial intelligence (AI) in the last decade, has demonstrated the potential to benefit from the insights that AI techniques can extract from medical imaging data. This session will focus on AI in Radiology.
